All products listed on our platform are digital in nature. We act as a reseller and are not directly affiliated with the original service providers unless explicitly stated.

Account Registration

To place an order, you may be required to create an account or provide contact information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as needed. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false or misleading information.

Orders & Payments

All prices on SubStore.pk are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

We accept payment via the following methods:

• JazzCash & EasyPaisa mobile wallets
• Bank transfers (HBL, Meezan, UBL, Allied Bank)
• Credit / Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard)
• Crypto payments (on request)

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or misuse.

Delivery & Activation

All subscriptions are delivered digitally via email or WhatsApp. Typical delivery times are:

• Standard orders: within 1–6 hours of payment confirmation
• Peak hours or weekends: up to 24 hours

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by payment processing issues, incorrect contact information, or third-party service outages.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final and non-refundable once a subscription has been activated or credentials have been shared.

Refunds or replacements may be considered in the following cases:

• The subscription credentials provided are invalid or non-functional
• The service was never delivered within the stated timeframe
• A duplicate charge was made in error

Prohibited Use

You agree not to use SubStore.pk for any unlawful or prohibited purpose. Prohibited activities include:
